How to Support HeatWave
Donate
HeatWave is supported entirely by contributions from members, their families, adult leaders, 4-H organizations, and other generous individuals, businesses, and groups.
Donating is easy!
Donate any amount safely and securely online through PayPal.
We do not charge a set booking fee for groups who invite HeatWave to perform for their functions but encourage donations to help defray travel and production costs.

4-H is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization. Donations to HeatWave are tax deductible.

-
sound equipment replacement and repairs,
-
costumes, staging, props, and music,
-
insurance,
-
travel expenses including upkeep to our trailer,
-
rehearsal spaces,
-
production costs,
-
scholarships to help families unable to pay fees associated with being a member, and
-
other costs of running this program.

Come to Our Shows
Each year HeatWave has as many as 30 to 40 performances, generally starting in April and going into September.
Visit us at the Rock County 4-H Fair, the Wisconsin State Fair and the Walworth County Fair!
In 2019, we performed seven times at the Rock County 4-H Fair, eight times at the Wisconsin State Fair and one time at the Walworth County Fair.

Thank You!
All adults involved with HeatWave, including the Director, are unpaid volunteers. HeatWave owns and maintains all equipment needed for performances. We own, create, and/or build all of our costumes and props and do our best to be fiscally responsible in all aspects.
